Checking Service at Your Address

You can check which broadband services are available at your address using our Service Checker.



1. Use the Service Checker

Go to the Vfast Service Checker and enter your postcode.

Select your exact address from the list shown.



2. View available services

The checker will show the broadband services available to your property, such as:


Why some broadband options may not appear

Not all broadband technologies are available at every address.


The results shown are based on:

  • The network infrastructure serving your property
  • The services we prioritise where multiple options are available


If Ultrafast Broadband (Full Fibre) is available, you may not see Superfast Broadband (FTTC) listed.

This is because full fibre is more reliable, supports higher speeds, and is better suited for future upgrades.


This helps ensure new customers are placed on the most suitable service for their address.



3. Compare packages

For each service, you will see:

  • Monthly price and contract length
  • Download and upload speed range
  • Key features and important information


If Superfast Broadband is shown, check the estimated speed for your line.

Choosing a package faster than your line supports will not improve performance.



4. Place your order

Select Order Now to:

  • Choose your package
  • Select a contract length
  • Add DigiVoice phone service if required
