Vfast Email Addresses

Vfast customers can activate a free @vfast.co.uk email address as part of their broadband service.

Mailbox Size

Our free email accounts include:

• 200MB of storage

Because this is a relatively small mailbox, we recommend using it as a secondary personal email address.

You can use it as your main email, but you will need to:

• Regularly delete old emails
• Archive important messages
• Keep your inbox tidy to avoid it becoming full

Adding an Email Account

To add a Vfast email address to your account, contact our Service Desk:

• Email: support@vfast.co.uk
• Or use our online contact form

They will create the mailbox and provide your login details.

Mail Client Settings

Use the following settings when configuring your email app or software:

IMAP is recommended if you use more than one device, as it keeps emails synced.

If Your Vfast Service Ends

If your broadband service is ceased:

• Your Vfast email account will also be closed

If you wish to keep your email address after your service ends:

• We can continue providing it for £20 per year

This allows you to retain access without an active broadband service.
