Moving Home
If you are moving home, this guide explains what happens to your Vfast service, how to check availability at your new address, and what your options are depending on your contract and service type.
1. Check availability at your new address
Before anything else, check which Vfast services are available at your new property:

Availability varies by location and may include:
- Ultrafast Broadband (Full Fibre)
- Superfast Broadband (FTTC)
- Fast Broadband (WiMax)
- Holiday Home Broadband
This check determines what happens next.
2. If Vfast is available at your new address
If you stay with Vfast:
- Your existing service will be cancelled
- A new order will be placed at your new address
- A new minimum contract term will start
- No early termination fees apply
You can choose any available package at the new address.
Installation times depend on the service type and engineer availability. We will confirm timescales when the order is placed.
3. If Vfast is not available at your new address
If we cannot provide service at your new address:
- Your service will be cancelled
- Early termination charges apply for any remaining contract period
Exceptions (no early termination fee)
- Holiday park owners relocating off-park
- Manager’s discretion cases, for example:
- Bereavement
- Exceptional hardship
- Other unavoidable circumstances
These are reviewed case by case.
4. Special rules for holiday park services
Park Holidays owners
Your broadband package is linked to your pitch agreement.
If you move off-park:
- Your service ends
- No early termination fees apply
- Equipment must be left in place or returned if requested
Other holiday park operators
Rules depend on the park agreement:
- Moving off-park normally ends the service
- Fees may or may not apply
- We will confirm based on your park
5. What happens to your equipment
Router
- You may take it with you or leave it behind
- Vfast routers are locked to our service
- We will confirm if it can be reused at your new address
WiMAX radio equipment
- Outdoor radios and cabling normally remain at the property
- Removal can be arranged for a fee
Fibre ONT (full fibre)
- Must stay in the property
- Do not remove it
V-Smart Mesh units
- Must be returned if the subscription ends
- Return instructions will be provided
Holiday park equipment
- All installed equipment must remain installed to the unit
- Sublet units must keep both owner and guest Wi-Fi equipment in place
We will confirm exactly what must stay or be returned when you notify us of your move.
