How to Order Online
This guide outlines the online ordering steps and the information you’ll need.
1. Start your order
Use the Vfast Service Checker to enter your postcode and select your address.
Only services available at your property will be shown.

2. Choose your package
Select:
- Broadband package
- Contract length (12, 18, or 24 months)
Add-on:
- DigiVoice (new number or keep your number)

Holiday park customers may also be asked about existing equipment and rental or sublet status.
3. Enter account details
You’ll need:
- Account holder name
- Contact phone number and email
- Online account password
- Security phrase

Park Holiday's customers may also need to supply a park customer or deal number.

4. Review and confirm
Check:
- Package and phone details
- Any voucher or referral codes
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
You can add notes such as access or delivery details.
5. Set up payment
- Direct Debit required
- Billed monthly in advance
- First bill may be pro-rata

6. Submit your order
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email.
What happens next
We arrange installation or send equipment and keep you updated by email or phone.
Important
- Advertised speeds are based on wired tests; Wi-Fi speeds vary
- Phone service requires broadband
- Payments are by monthly Direct Debit
- Do not cancel Ultrafast orders using a Government voucher before installation
