Park Holiday's Customer / Deal Numbers

When ordering broadband for a Park Holidays holiday home, you must provide either a Customer Number or a Deal Number so your order can be approved.



What are these numbers?

  • Customer Number (CUSXXXXXX): 

    Your permanent owner reference (e.g. CUS123456)


  • Deal Number (DXXXXXX): 

    A temporary reference issued when you first buy your holiday home (e.g. D012345)


Both are unique and linked to your holiday home.



Why we need it

The number allows us to:

  • Match your order to your holiday home
  • Confirm eligibility for Park Holidays packages
  • Apply the correct charges
  • Avoid installation or activation delays


Orders cannot proceed without it.



Where to find it

  • Customer Number: Ownership documents or emails from Park Holidays
  • Deal Number: Purchase paperwork or details from the Park Sales team



Where to enter it

Enter the number in the Park Account Details section of the Vfast order form.



If you don’t provide it

Your order will be paused until the correct number is confirmed.
