What is DigiVoice?

DigiVoice is Vfast’s digital home phone service that works over your broadband using VoIP. Calls are made via your internet connection rather than a traditional copper phone line.

How it works

  • Calls run over your broadband
  • Your phone connects to your router or supplied adapter
  • Used like a traditional landline
  • No line rental or copper phone line required

Why choose DigiVoice

  • No separate line rental
  • Unlimited UK landline and mobile calls
  • Works with most existing handsets
  • Supported by our UK-based Service Desk

Important things to know

  • Power cuts:
DigiVoice will not work without power or internet, including 999 calls.
Keep a charged mobile for emergencies.

  • Personal alarms:
Some alarms may not work unless they support VoIP or mobile backup.
    Check with your provider.

  • Broadband required:
A stable connection is needed for good call quality.

  • International calls:
Not included on the residential package.

  • Emergency address:
Calls use the registered service address. Contact us if you move.

Yes. Number transfer costs £45, plus £1/month.

Do I need special equipment?

Usually no. We supply a VoIP-compatible router and any required adapters.

Does it work during a power cut?

No. Power and internet are required.

We recommend having a mobile phone available for emergency use.
