Your Equipment Delivery

We send your broadband equipment by courier so it arrives ready for connection.



How it’s delivered

  • All equipment is sent via DPD
    (routers, phone adapters, V-Smart Mesh units, and accessories)


  • Email and SMS tracking are provided
    (ensure your contact details are correct)



Delivery times

As a general guide:

  • Most UK mainland addresses: Next working day
  • Some areas (for example parts of Scotland): Up to 2 working days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier conditions.



Same-day dispatch cut-off

To allow time for packing and courier collection:

  • Orders must be completed by 12:00 midday (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after this time are normally dispatched the next working day


DPD usually collect parcels from us in the afternoon.



Delivery for new services

For new broadband activations, we aim for your equipment to:

  • Arrive before your activation date, or
  • Arrive on the activation date where possible


This allows you to connect as soon as your service goes live.



Moving home

If you are moving property:

  • We can deliver to your current address so you can take the equipment with you, or
  • We can deliver to an alternative address (for example, a workplace or family member)


Tell us when placing your order or contact us to arrange this.



Holiday parks and delivery

On many holiday parks:

  • Couriers may not deliver directly to individual caravans or lodges
  • Parcels are often delivered to park reception


Check with park reception in advance to confirm whether they accept deliveries.

You are responsible for collecting the parcel from reception.



Tracking your delivery

Once dispatched:

  • You will receive tracking details by email and SMS
  • DPD will provide updates on delivery progress and any changes



Weekend deliveries

  • Saturday delivery is not a standard option
  • In rare cases (for example, service issues), a Saturday delivery may be arranged, but this is not guaranteed



Delays or delivery issues

Delays can occur due to courier or operational factors.


If a delay happens:

  • We will update you where possible
  • DPD may also contact you directly


If your equipment has not arrived when expected, contact the Vfast Service Desk
