Why Your First Bill Looks Different

Your first Vfast bill may be higher than your usual monthly payment. This is normal and happens because the first bill combines two charges.

What your first bill includes

1. A part-month charge

This covers the period from when your service starts up to your first regular billing date.

2. Your first full month in advance

Vfast bills monthly in advance, so this is your normal monthly charge for the next billing period.

What happens after the first bill

After this initial combined payment:

  • Your future bills will be for one month only
  • The amount will match your normal package price
