Your my.vfast Account

Your my.vfast account is your secure online dashboard for managing your Vfast services.


From here, you can:

  • Update your contact details
  • Manage your account security
  • View and download invoices
  • (WiMAX customers only) check data usage and buy Bolt-ons


It is designed to give you quick and convenient access to your account information at any time.



How to Sign In

  1. Go to www.vfast.co.uk
  2. Click SIGN IN at the top right of the page
  3. Under View your account, enter:
    • Account Ref – your Vfast Account Number
    • Password – the password you set when ordering


If you have forgotten your password:

  • Click Forgotten password
  • Enter your Account Number
  • A reset link will be sent to your registered email address



Updating Your Contact Details

Once logged in:

  1. Select PROFILE from the top menu
  2. Select CONTACT DETAILS from the left-hand menu
  3. Update your information and click SAVE


Keeping your contact details up to date helps us:

  • Contact you about service updates or faults
  • Send invoices and important account notices
  • Verify your identity if you contact us



Security

What Is a Security Phrase?

A Security Phrase is a short word or phrase used to confirm your identity when you contact us.


You set this when you place an order, but you can change it at any time.


Edit Your Security Phrase

  1. Select PROFILE from the top menu
  2. Select SECURITY from the left-hand menu
  3. Enter your account password
  4. Enter or change your Security Phrase
  5. Click SAVE


Choose something memorable but not easy for others to guess.



Change Your Account Password

On the same SECURITY page:

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter and confirm your new password
  3. Click UPDATE PASSWORD



Billing & Invoices

To view your invoices:

  1. Select BILLING from the top menu
  2. Your invoices will be listed with their payment status
  3. Click VIEW to open or download a copy



Track Your Usage (WiMAX Only)

WiMAX customers can monitor their monthly data usage in my.vfast.


Overview

  1. Select AIRFIBRE BROADBAND from the top menu
  2. Select OVERVIEW from the left menu


This shows:

  • Your monthly allowance
  • How much data you have used


Monthly Graphs

  1. Select USAGE from the left menu
  2. View:
    • Current month usage
    • Year-to-date usage


View Remaining Bolt-ons

If you have Bolt-ons:

  1. Select BOLT-ONS from the left menu
  2. You will see how much extra data remains


Adding a Bolt-on

Important: Your external WiMAX radio must be powered on when purchasing a Bolt-on so the update can be applied.

  1. Select AIRFIBRE BROADBAND from the top menu
  2. Select BOLT-ONS
  3. Choose a Bolt-on package
  4. Complete payment


The update may take up to 15 minutes and your connection may briefly restart.
