Updating Your Contact Details

Keeping your contact details up to date helps us support you properly and keeps your account secure.


It ensures we can reach you about:

  • Service updates, outages, or planned maintenance
  • Engineer appointments
  • Billing and account queries
  • Security checks on your account


If your details are wrong, you may miss important information or experience delays resolving issues.



How to Update Your Contact Details

You can update your contact details in two ways:


1. Using your my.vfast account (fastest method)

Log in to your my.vfast account to update:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses


This is the quickest way to make changes.

2. Contact our Accounts Team

We can update your details for you.

  • Phone: 01227 668901
  • Email: accounts@vfast.co.uk


For security, we may ask you to confirm:

  • Your account details, or
  • Your security phrase
