Using DigiVoice Voicemail

Your Vfast DigiVoice service includes built-in voicemail, so you don’t need a phone with its own answering machine unless you choose to use one.

This guide explains how to tell when you have voicemail, how to listen to messages, and how to manage your voicemail settings.

How Do I Know I Have a Voicemail?

When you lift your handset, you’ll hear a short fast dial tone for a few seconds before the normal dial tone.

This indicates that you have one or more new voicemail messages waiting.

How to Listen to Your Voicemail

  1. Pick up your DigiVoice handset
  2. Dial 1571
  3. When prompted, enter your voicemail password

The last 6 digits of your phone number

Using Your Own Answering Machine
