How installation works

Most services follow these steps:

1. Order confirmation

   You receive an email confirming your package and contract.
   
   

2. Pre-install checks

   We confirm availability and whether an engineer visit is needed.
   
   

3. Appointment booking

   If required, we arrange an engineer visit.
   
   

4. Installation or activation

   Service is installed by an engineer or activated remotely.
   
   

5. Testing

   The connection is checked to ensure it’s working.
   
   

6. After installation

   Our Service Desk can help with setup or questions.
   

Steps and times vary by service. A survey visit may be needed in some cases.
