Our normal Service Desk hours apply on most UK bank holidays.

You can continue to contact us using the usual channels during these times.

Christmas and New Year period

During the Christmas and New Year period, support availability changes:

• Christmas Day: Closed
  
• Christmas Eve: Sunday hours apply
  
• Boxing Day: Sunday hours apply
  
• New Year’s Eve: Sunday hours apply

Any additional changes to support availability will be communicated in advance.
