Park Guest Wi-Fi – How to Connect
This article explains how guests connect to the holiday park guest Wi-Fi network and who to contact if there is a problem.
Which Wi-Fi network to connect to
Guest networks normally contain VFAST and GUEST in the name
If you are unsure which network to use, check:
- Your welcome pack
- Information shown in the accommodation
- Park reception
How to connect
For all parks that use a payment portal, the steps are:
1. Connect to the guest Wi-Fi network
- Select the network name that contains VFAST GUEST or VFASTGUEST.
2. Open the portal page
- You should be redirected automatically.
- If nothing appears, open a web browser and try loading any website to trigger the portal.
3. Choose how to proceed
- Park Holidays parks: select HOLIDAY GUEST
- All other parks: select Purchase Connection Voucher
4. Select a package
- You will be taken to the park’s package page.
- Make a selection and follow instructions for payment
5. Enter details and pay
- On Park Holidays parks, you will also need to enter your BKG booking reference at this stage.
(This is provided by Park Holidays when the rental is booked.) - On other parks, no booking reference is required.
6. Receive a voucher code
- After payment, a voucher code is generated.
- Take a screenshot or write it down
7. Activate each device
- Return to the portal page
- Enter the voucher code
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Click CONNECT
- Repeat this step for each device you want to connect
Device limits
Each package allows a set number of devices.
- Every device you connect uses one allowance
- Once a device is registered, it cannot be swapped for another device
- Choose carefully which devices you connect first
Parks with included or free guest Wi-Fi
Some parks include Wi-Fi as part of the booking.
In these cases:
- You still connect to the guest Wi-Fi network
- You may only need to accept terms or log in
- There may be no payment step
The exact behaviour is set by the park operator.
