Testing Your Connection Using PPPoE
We may ask you to run a direct PPPoE test to check your broadband connection without using your router.
This helps us confirm whether an issue is caused by the broadband line or by the router itself.
Important:

- Your Wi-Fi will stop working during the test
- Your normal setup must be restored afterwards
1. Connect Your Computer Directly

- Unplug the Ethernet cable from the router’s WAN / Internet port
- Plug that cable directly into your computer or laptop

- Confirm your Wi-Fi is working again
